Yahoo! Mail and Yahoo! Search is honed

Yahoo will provide richer results for queries related to entertainment, news. Search results for topics like movies, music and news will be "more visually appealing", containing more rich information through increased use of elements such as images, videos, newspapers and information posted on social networking sites, Yahoo said.

Meanwhile, Yahoo Mail will receive a planned upgrade to make its user interface "cleaner", "sleeker" and to accelerate the overall performance of the service. The ability to access and update Facebook and Twitter accounts from Yahoo Mail will also be provided.
Yahoo Mail improvements will be available in the beta, which will be launched in the coming weeks, according to Yahoo. Search enhancements (Yahoo Search) will be released in the fall. Yahoo made the announcement at the Product Runway event held in Sunnyvale, California.
